The 24th International Diatom Symposium is starting off in Quebec City, Canada. We are also here to present the results of our project.

The second day of the IDS2016, with a lot of interesting presentations!

The third day of IDS2016 is reserved for workshops about diatom structures terminology and web-based diatom reference sites.

Day 4 of the IDS2016 included two big oral sessions: diatom-based assessments and monitoring of freshwater habitats; and marine diatoms/paleoceanography. Also, a poster session where the results of this project were presented.
